The call centre is the human interface of the system. An alarm can be sent through the system and a call centre operator will answer immediately, and can then:
- Visualize a map of the area where the user is and constantly track his/her GPS position,
- Guide him/her step by step towards the desired destination;
- Direct the corresponding emergency service to the user’s current position, which is constantly monitored by the application.
- Call other telephone numbers to forward the request for assistance with the current user position shown on the map in text and graphic format.
